Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Line Art Graphics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://lineartgraphics.com/ (the “Site”) and our photo retouching and image editing services (the “Services”). By accessing our site, creating an account, placing an order, or using our Free Trial, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.
1. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Our Services are intended primarily for eCommerce businesses, photographers, fashion and jewelry brands, advertising agencies, and other businesses located in the United States, though customers from other regions are welcome to use our Services unless otherwise restricted.
2. Description of Services
Line Art Graphics provides professional photo editing and retouching services, including but not limited to Clipping Path, Background Removal, eCommerce Editing, Jewelry Retouching, Ghost Mannequin Editing, Color Correction, Shadow Making, Image Masking, Multi-Clipping, Old Image Restoration, Automotive Retouching, Model/Skin Retouching, AI Image Processing, and AI-generated lifestyle imagery (“Services”). Services are performed by our team of trained editors based on the instructions, samples, and specifications you provide at the time of order.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any Service offering at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect orders already in progress without your consent.
3. Account Registration and Free Trial
To place an order, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@lineartgraphics.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a Free Trial for prospective clients to evaluate our editing quality. Free Trial submissions are limited in number and scope at our discretion, and misuse of the Free Trial (including repeated or automated submissions) may result in refusal of future trial requests.
4. Placing Orders and Submitting Images
4.1 Order Process. Orders are placed by submitting a work order with clear editing instructions. Once your order is confirmed, you may upload your images through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or another method we support.
4.2 Image Uploads. It is your responsibility to ensure uploaded images meet our recommended technical guidelines (resolution, format, and file size) for optimal editing results.
4.3 Editing Instructions. You are responsible for providing clear and accurate editing instructions. Where instructions are incomplete or ambiguous, our editors will apply reasonable, industry-standard judgment. Results based on unclear instructions will not be treated as errors on our part.
4.4 Order Acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Services, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including where an order involves prohibited content described in Section 10.
5. Turnaround Time and Delivery
Our standard delivery time for most orders is 24 hours from the confirmed start of editing, as reflected in our pricing plans, though actual delivery may vary based on order volume, complexity, or circumstances outside our control. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service (e.g., Drive, Dropbox) interruptions.
Completed images will be made available for download through your account, a shared folder link, or another agreed delivery method.
6. Approval, Revisions, and Payment on Approval
We want you to be satisfied with your edited images. After delivery, please review your images and notify us within [7] days if you believe an image does not meet the instructions you provided. We will revise the image at no additional charge where the discrepancy resulted from an error on our part.
Requests submitted after this window, or requests reflecting a change in creative preference rather than an editing error, may be treated as a new order and billed accordingly. As reflected in our workflow, payment is typically completed after you approve the delivered images, unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed in advance (see Section 7).
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1 Fees. Prices for our Services are listed on our Site (including our Simple, Medium, and Complex pricing plans) or quoted directly to you for custom/bulk orders, and are subject to change without notice for future orders. All fees are stated and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Payment Terms. Payment is generally due upon your approval of delivered images, or at the time of order for certain plans, unless you have an approved invoicing arrangement with us. We accept the payment methods listed on our Site. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.
7.3 Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other governmental charges associated with your order, unless we are required by law to collect them directly.
7.4 Non-Payment. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold delivery of any order and to suspend your account, in the event of non-payment or a failed payment method.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an order before editing work has begun for a full refund. Once an editor has started work on your images, cancellation may only be eligible for a partial refund reflecting work already completed, at our discretion. Refunds are not available for completed and delivered work that meets the instructions originally provided, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests should be sent to info@lineartgraphics.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit images or instructions that:
- Depict child sexual abuse material or exploit minors in any way;
- Are obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit in a manner not permitted by law;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
- Depict or promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activity;
- Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- You do not have the legal right to use, reproduce, or edit.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delete any order containing prohibited content and to report unlawful content to appropriate authorities where required.
10. Intellectual Property and License
10.1 Your Content. You retain ownership of the original images you submit to us. By submitting images, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to those images or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to submit them for editing.
10.2 License to Us. You grant Line Art Graphics a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, reproduce, edit, and store your submitted images solely for the purpose of providing the Services and fulfilling your order, including sharing images with our editing staff as needed.
10.3 Delivered Work. Upon full payment, ownership of the final edited images is transferred to you. We retain no ownership claim over your final delivered files, though we retain ownership of our internal tools, workflows, presets, and proprietary editing processes used to produce them.
10.4 Portfolio Use. Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, we may use before/after examples of completed work (as shown in our Portfolio) for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes. You may opt out of this by requesting confidentiality at the time of order or by contacting us at info@lineartgraphics.com.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all images and business information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose them to unauthorized third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, line art graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services or site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Line Art Graphics, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights in connection with images you submit.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site and order process may reference or link to third-party services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and WeTransfer) or third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@lineartgraphics.com. Sections relating to payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
